UX Writing Showcase

I love the challenge of writing in terms of what the end user can do, because who cares what they can’t do. A few “before and after” examples show how copy can completely change the feel of an online communication.

Before eClosings were common, a partnership of three companies allowed homebuyers across the country expedite their closing digitally. This piece promotes the service and was picked up by several industry publications including HousingWire, National Mortgage Professional and MReport.

When the understanding of hybrid benefits was still young, this three part series exposed the best features of the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, and created a stronger sales dialogue for dealership consultants. It won the 2012 Communicator Award of distinction.
